These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AceFindz Fitness website and your purchase of products through our store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced below. AceFindz Fitness provides fitness equipment, accessories, activewear and related products through this online store. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and checkout technology. Purchases made through the store are transactions with AceFindz Fitness, not with Shopify.

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images and availability accurately. We may correct errors or discontinue products when necessary.

The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order at the time it is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges are displayed or handled as required during checkout. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available by Shopify checkout and applicable payment providers.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or product-information error, or a delivery restriction. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will provide the appropriate refund for the affected item or order.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfilment has begun.

Shipping options, estimated delivery information, tracking and possible split shipments are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
