These automatic-release weight-stack pins are designed to eject when the weight stack returns to its resting position, instantly disengaging the heavier load so you can continue with the lighter weight—without stopping to pull and reposition a pin by hand.

How the automatic drop works

1. Place the machine’s standard selector pin at your lightest finishing weight.
2. Insert the two automatic drop-set pins at your heavier starting weights.
3. Begin your set. When the stack lowers fully, the release mechanism is triggered and the first pin automatically ejects.
4. Continue lifting immediately at the lighter weight. The second pin can create another automatic drop before you finish on the standard pin.
